Carla is amazing! Had such a great time working with her to coordinate our storage needs. She went above and beyond to make this such a pleasant experience. If she’s not the one running the show here, she should be - she does it all with a great attitude and personality!

I can’t thank Carla enough for making this transition from a different company to Self Storage of Branford so seamless. She was very clear & very helpful. She knew exactly what i needed for what i was storing and made it happen with great communication. the facility is GREAT and the staff is even better.

This experience was amazing. Customer Service is everything! I looked at a public storage unit and had planned to rent from them, but did not choose them because their customer service sucked. I was so disappointed and their rates were higher. I chose Self Storage of Branford because Carla gave me an excellent experience. The rates were good and the facility was nice and clean. She went above and beyond to ensure my unit was nice and clean. There wasn’t much to do but she took a blower and blew out the little dust . This was the cherry on top! Thank you Carla

Self Storage of Branford is an amazing place. They are kind and will work with you if you encounter any type of hardship. The facility is clean, well managed, and friendly!!! I have been using storage facilities for quite some time now and Self Storage of Branford is by far the best experience i have had with storage facilities. Carla and Bob are extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I would not go to another storage facility as you will not get better storage facility managers than Carla and Bob!

Best storage spot on the shoreline! I live in Branford and started using Self Storage of Branford a few years ago. The facility is very well maintained, the staff are very helpful, and friendly. I got to know all of them by their first names, and I’m usually pretty bad with names. Bob occasionally calls to remind me that my monthly payment is due. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but the staff have been so friendly, and helpful. If you were to shop around for a storage place, I’m very confident you won’t find one as good within a 30 mile radius, take it from someone who did shop around, and go check them out first. Tell Bob that Adam sent you. 😊

I would give 5 stars if the pricing didn't go up each year. The facility is super CLEAN, SAFE, WELL LIT, and now even has piped in music throughout the facility. Staff is very accessible and accommodating.

Self Storage in Branford is above all the storage places around. I checked around a few places and nothing in the area beats it. The friendly customer service from Bob and Carla it is so professional. The storage rates are great and the office hours are perfect. The whole facility is very clean and well kept…

Accommodating people that work here have nicely assisted with me transitioning down to several smaller storage unit sizes over the course of this year.

Your team has been fantastic. I rented from you for years when you first opened. Later I moved homes and I had space for the stuff in my new place so we moved out. My current situation was a temporary need. I’m using the two units to store cars while I’m having work done at my home and my garage is being used by contractors. I appreciate that the team reached out to let me know when the unit was available as well as how they checked in with me as my planned departure date approached. You are great to work with. One of the best storage facilities around

Well built well designed self storage. We have four units and feel that our belongings including our antique books are well cared for and safe. Wouldn't use any other self storage business. Branford is great.

Having been in the self storage industry for over 15 years this is by far the nicest and most secured self storage I have been in. They really did a great job with this property. The are very active in the community and I would recommend this facility to everyone in the area.

Great storage place cheao

I really love how clean and safe this place is. I only needed a small area to store some things and it's great. I like the guys who work at the front - friendly and funny at times. I recommend my Branford friends to use this place.
